Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of alaskanativechamber.com (the "Site"), operated by Alaska Native Chamber, LLC, an Alaska limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access data you are not authorized to view.

No AI training or scraping

You may not use any content from the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, member or organizational information, and any other materials — to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or large-language models, or to create derivative datasets, embeddings, or similar works, without our prior written permission. You may not use automated means such as bots, scrapers, crawlers, or harvesters to access or collect Site content or user data, except as expressly allowed by these terms or applicable law. This does not prohibit ordinary indexing by public search engines.

Membership

Membership benefits, dues, and terms are described on the Membership pages. Membership is subject to our review and approval and may be revoked for conduct inconsistent with our mission or these terms.

Membership dues, renewal, and refunds

Membership dues are billed annually and are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including in the event of cancellation, non-use of benefits, or revocation of membership. Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your membership will automatically renew each year and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current annual dues. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting membership@alaskanativechamber.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of dues already paid.

Limitation: To the extent any non-refundable or auto-renewal term is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of this section will continue in full effect.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, member profiles, and the overall design and arrangement — is owned by Alaska Native Chamber, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission. "Alaska Native Chamber" and our logos are trademarks of Alaska Native Chamber, LLC. To request permission to use our content or marks, email admin@alaskanativechamber.com.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alaska Native Chamber, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
